TYNESIDE
SOFTWARE

Jobs with legacy.
Any software problem, great or small.
Built from the North East.

Jobs are the objective — train people on the job, build strong CVs, take on work that funds the next hire. We partner with Cloud Connect Software (Michael’s salary as CTO here funds the vision!), offer field software in support of our charitable goals, and take on any software contracting we can make work.

Cloud Connect Software

Partner of Tyneside Software — not the same company. Michael’s salary as CTO at Cloud Connect funds the vision: jobs, training, charity, and the wider Tyneside ecosystem.

What it is

Cloud Connect helps organisations that need to pull data from 50,000+ invoices a year (and similar document volumes). That volume is where commercial viability sits — messy real-world documents, high accuracy, high flexibility.

On flexibility and accuracy, Cloud Connect beats basically everyone in the space that matters.

How it relates to Tyneside

Separate legal entity. Same founder. A genuine partner: Cloud Connect pays the bills and fuels the dream — Tyneside Software turns surplus capacity, skills, and purpose into jobs and impact.

Leads and introductions are welcome and help both sides: a stronger Cloud Connect means more capacity to fund Tyneside’s work.

What Tyneside Software does

Field software for charitable goals

We want to offer logistics and work-management software for field teams — scheduling, routing, portals, the works — especially where it supports our charitable cleaning and welcome-home goals (free tools for cleaners on the programme, real ops for Howden Ward and beyond).

Field software is a passion and a purpose vehicle — not the only thing we will ever do.

Software contracting — any kind

We want to branch wider into any software contracting we can deliver well: websites, integrations, data, automation, custom products. Our only limit is how much work we can take on while training people properly.

If it needs building and we can staff it with people who grow into the job — talk to us.

Our vision

Through Michael’s own experience — and his children’s — we have insight into the differing needs of neurodivergent people. We don’t discriminate: everyone is welcome. We are creating a space where we can be ourselves and think differently.

Jobs for people at the start

Work for those just entering the workforce, or with no existing skills yet — train on the job, build practical experience that sticks.

CVs are a core priority

Jobs are the objective — good ones if we can. High-quality CVs for our people are non-negotiable: real delivery, real references, real proof of work.

Any problem, great or small

Only limit: how much work we can achieve. Data and logistics are passions; contracting is wide open. Expand wherever the work takes us.

Experience + determination

Scaling software teams, high-quality products, a team that wants to win — the sky is really the limit.

How we create jobs in Tyneside

Cloud Connect funds the runway. Commercial contracting and websites fund junior roles. Field software serves charity and cleaners. Everything points at employment.

Paid work → junior roles

Websites, field tools, and any contract we can staff — people entering or re-entering work get trained on live delivery. Revenue recycles into more junior roles.

Our own sites are the proof

This site, charity, cleaning, group, games (Lewis, 12, one night) — living proof of delivery and of what we can teach from a standing start.

This is the jobs engine.
